  • Please expect to fill out an intake form when you schedule your first appointment for each individual service.

  • For a Nutrition Counseling or Somatic Therapy consultation you can expect a 30-45 minute virtual meeting to discuss what your wants/needs/concerns are and what your current diet and lifestyle looks like. With this information I will follow up with recommended guidance, program, treatment and we will work together to find what’s best for you.

  • No consultation is required for a massage appointment, we will discuss your intake form and treatment plan at your first appointment. You can select from a variety of add-on services when you book your massage appointment. Please allow an additional 15-40mins for your appointment if you are selecting add-on services.

  • If you are interested in diving into one of my package deals offering monthly Massage, Nutrition, and Somatic services, please sign up for a “package” consultation to discuss more.

*I am now working with the Community Care Network to provide insurance for Veterans. Please work with your TriWest provider to schedule. Unfortunately I do not currently accept health insurance. However, I do offer sliding scale options which can be discussed upon initial meeting. Please note that I do have a 24hr cancelation policy for any follow-up appointments.
